What you'll get
Radar
weatherTAP features beautiful MRMS, Level II, and Level III radar imagery. We offer a wide variety of radar products updated within the second we receive new data.
Satellite
In addition to radar, we also produce high resolution satellite imagery from GOES-16 and GOES-18 data. Visible, Infrared, and Water Vapor views are available.
Model
We also offer RAP, NAM, and GFS model data. Forecasts for Wind/Height, Temperature, Relative Humidity, Dewpoint, Severe Indices and more are all accessible.
Lightning
Our lightning images depict the location of recent strikes, using data from the National Lightning Detection Network (NLDN). A real-time lightning package is also available.
Aviation Weather
Is today's weather favorable for flying? Our suite of aviation-specific products will give you a complete picture of atmospheric conditions.
Severe Weather
We provide plots of surface analysis, surface fronts, and convective outlooks. A wide variety of watches, warnings and advisories are also made available.
